Postpartum Strength & Core Programs

We offer 4 to 6 week programs seasonally with small class size to prioritize individual support. Postpartum Strength is designed to help you build strength and confidence in your postpartum body and to bring mental, emotional, and physical awareness to the postpartum athlete. 

Athletes will be guided through techniques to help re-connect and re-learn how to properly breathe, and use your core to serve yourself and your body, as you move forward in your life-time journey of athleticism. 

This class will provide assessments, tools, and discussions on how to recognize, manage, and mitigate issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, and incontinence. This program is designed to offer a safe, supportive, and empowering environment that will meet women where they are in their postpartum experience as athletes. 

We will work together and learn how to use our ‘new’ bodies to build strength and power to thrive in the mountains, at the gym, or chasing our children.

As always, your kids are welcome to join you for this class!

NOTE:

  • For women at least 6-8 weeks postpartum OR OB/mid wife sign-off to exercise :)

  • Appointment with Pelvic Floor PT prior to program start is recommended
